Open Mic Showcase requires a lot of effort from a lot of people. It's also an incredible opportunity for many to garner needed recognition and exposure no matter what their connection to Live Music. We are currently in the Fundraising phase for our Public TV Series initiative and can use any help available to get this project moving at the pace everyone would like to see. If you are interested in helping on that level we definitely want to hear from you.

Additionally we are building a database of Open Mics around the country and would love to hear about your favorite spots for Live Music. Your information will be useful to other musicians who are looking to get out and play and help bring some exposure to your scene. Also we will be looking for locations to videotape segments for the Public TV Series so by submitting this information your favorite venue could become the focus of an upcoming segment on Open Mic Showcase.

We are always open to hearing from Performers. Let us know what you do, where you are located and if you are interested in getting involved in this project. One major component of Open Mic Showcase is our partnership with WestCoastMusicians.com, an ASCAP affiliated Music Publisher.

Last but certainly not least, we seek to bring the freshest new talent to Music Fans of all types. As Open Mic Showcase grows we will be offering special compilation CD's and DVD's of Featured Performers. We believe many of our Performers will go to become great stars. Open Mic Showcase gives viewers the opportunity to hear and see this new talent as they reach Stardom.
